About

Ally's Bio:
Her journey into law began with her undergraduate studies at DePauw University, followed by earning her J.D. at Regent University School of Law. She began her legal career as a Prosecutor for Marion County, where she honed her skills in navigating the legal system and advocating for others.
After starting her family, Ally made the decision to stay at home to raise her four children. As her kids grew older, including two currently in college, Ally noticed a gap in legal protection for young adults—particularly when it came to medical, financial, and educational decisions. This sparked her passion to help families in similar situations by offering Young Adult Power of Attorney packages that provide peace of mind and legal safeguards for both young adults and their parents.
With her deep understanding of estate planning, Ally offers specialized services to parents of young adults to ensure that their children are legally protected and that trusted decision-makers are in place should the need arise. Her services include Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, HIPAA releases, and FERPA releases for college students, ensuring that families have the legal support they need during emergencies.
In addition to her work with young adults, Ally offers comprehensive Will & Estate Planning services to help individuals and families craft tailored plans to secure their financial futures, manage healthcare decisions, and protect their legacies. Whether it's drafting a new will or reviewing an existing one, Ally’s approach is to make these important decisions as easy and straightforward as possible.
